Refunds And Returns Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of many products offered by Teamwear Labs, all sales are considered final unless otherwise determined by Teamwear Labs at its sole discretion.

Teamwear Labs reserves the right to determine whether a return, exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund will be granted in any individual case.


2. Custom and Personalized Products

Many products sold by Teamwear Labs are customized, personalized, or produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Because of this:

  • Custom products are not eligible for automatic returns or refunds

  • Customers are responsible for verifying all design details, sizes, spelling, colors, and specifications before submitting an order

  • Once production has started, orders generally cannot be cancelled or modified

Teamwear Labs is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during the ordering or customization process.


3. Return and Refund Requests

If a customer believes there is an issue with their order, they may contact Teamwear Labs within 7 days of receiving the product.

Teamwear Labs may, at its sole discretion, review the request and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • replacement of the product

  • store credit

  • partial refund

  • full refund

  • or denial of the request

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a return or refund will be approved.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, customers should notify Teamwear Labs as soon as possible and provide:

  • order information

  • photos of the product

  • description of the issue

Teamwear Labs will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.


5. Unauthorized Returns

Products returned without prior approval from Teamwear Labs may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise determined by Teamwear Labs.


7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact Teamwear Labs first to attempt to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
